Serving Rota
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Serving Rota. They're meant to be fair and readable — the goal is a tool that helps churches serve well.
Last updated: 11 July 2026
Using Serving Rota
Serving Rota is provided to help churches organise their serving teams. You may use it only as part of a church that has invited you, and only for its intended purpose. Please use it respectfully and lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in method secure and don't share access with others.
- The information you add (like your name and phone number) should be accurate and your own.
- Church administrators are responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant.
Reminders and messaging
WhatsApp reminders are sent only if you opt in and provide a phone number. Standard message and data rates from your provider may apply. You can turn reminders off at any time in your profile.
Availability
We work hard to keep Serving Rota reliable, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve the service over time. We're not liable for scheduling decisions your church makes using the app — the rota is a tool to help your leaders, not a replacement for them.
Ending use
Your church can remove your access at any time, and you can ask to leave at any time. On removal, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Serving Rota means you accept the current terms.
